Giovanna Morabito

Giovanna Morabito was born in May 1967 in Genova, Italy. She graduated in Law from the University of Pisa, Italy. In 2000, she specialized in Human Resources by pursuing a Master’s degree funded by the EU and completing an internship at the Personnel Administration Company Adecco Spa.

From July 2002 to January 2003, she was responsible for “Research and selection of personnel” for client companies at the Azienda di Amministrazione di Personale Obiettivo-Lavoro in Lucca.

From April 2003 until 2014, she was responsible for human resources management, training courses, and safety for employees and apprentices.

From 2014 to 2015, she was responsible for human resources management
and organizing training courses for employees and apprentices at A.FO.RIS.MA Pisa.

From 2016 to February 2023, she served as the Head of the Company’s Personnel Office, overseeing more than 300 employees. Her responsibilities included research, selection and management of employees, apprentices, and trainees, as well as managing employee cards and payslips, and organizing training courses for employees and apprentices.

Since February 2023, she has been working at the RaSS (Radar and Surveillance Systems) National Laboratory in Pisa as an administrative collaborator, focusing on the attendance sheet for employees, managing training programs in collaboration with UNIPI, and handling mission reimbursements.
